Interactive Light Installation. Collaboration with Moradavaga
"Lumy, the tiniest member of Moradavaga's giant squids, has some distinctive attributes compared to its counterparts spread across the four corners of the world.
Visiting the magical territory of Ria Formosa for the 2024 edition of the Mar Motto festival, Lumy brings the usual good mood and warmth that characterize this species to the old “Fábrica da Cerveja” in Faro. It is ready to throw its friendly tentacles around all those who approach it and serve as a “bridge” between festival attendees from all walks of life.
Additionally, it adds a new dimension by reacting with light to the sounds produced by those who interact with it, thanks to João Dias-Oliveira from Fiume Designs, who collaborates on the electronic programming of the piece."
