Movable devices, as Colectivo Suspeito

The Azevedo project, by the association PELE, is a regenerative artistic creation programme that proposes to establish a dialogue between the territory of Azevedo, in the parish of Campanhã, Porto, resident communities (human and more-than-human) and national and international creators. It awakens processes of collective creation and community participation, promoting the activation of common spaces through artistic intervention.

Colectivo Suspeito took part in the process of conceptualising and building a set of pieces aimed at creating an organic, changeable nomadic structure. A collective body capable of manifesting itself through its unity, but also through the autonomy of its parts. With that objective, three steel and wood modules were proposed that work together or individually: a kitchen, a workshop bench, and a multifunctional module capable of unfolding into different configurations and uses. Materials: steel, wood, hardware Design and execution: Colectivo Suspeito Supported by: Associação PELE, Artworks Logistical support: Lovers & Lollypops, Gorvell Presentations:
